A Goal Evolution Group is a group of people working together and sharing their goals because they want more out of life. Achieving the life you want means having the right blue print for the future. Goals are the building blocks that turn that blue print into reality.

Structured to develop balance

Everyone wants to develop more balance in their life, therefore they need a balanced blue print. They want to balance time, work (career/mission), relationships, physical well being, finances, their contributions to society. Which is often very challenging given the fact that it is hard to spread your focus over so many things. Structuring your goals so that they create more balance means you are rewarded with a more fullfilling life. That is what this program does it provides structured exercises, a peer group, and coaching to help you develop a well rounded plan for your future.

How does it work

When you sign up we will place you in a group, you can always change groups later. When we build a group, we design it to bring together as much diversity as possible. Diversity is what will provide you with the different points of view, that you may never have considered on your own. Diversity also brings with it an abundance of different experiences and learning.

Groups meet online and on the phone (conference call) on a regular schedule. The schedule is set upfront. All calls are recorded and published for review if you are unable to attend.

Goal Evolution Workbooks are downloaded and completed before the meeting time. Coaching is available for help completing the goal setting.

You can share your goals during the sessions or online with your group. When you write a goal down it becomes way more powerful than when you just think about it. When you are brave enough to put it out to others it increases the compulsion for you to make it happen.
